PAL-PLAY LIVE v2.3.8 IS HERE!

PALSTALK.COM
Pal-Play Live just received a major upgrade with improved Paltalk handling, new language support and smarter game answer matching.
NEW MULTI-LANGUAGE INTERFACE
Pal-Play now includes a language selector so room owners can use the program interface in their preferred language. Your selection is saved and takes effect after restarting Pal-Play.
This changes the
program interface only — game commands, scores and normal Paltalk gameplay continue working the same way.
SMARTER TRIVIA & WORD SCRAMBLE ANSWERS
Trivia and Word Scramble can now handle international words and alternate spellings much better.
Pal-Play automatically understands safe accent and keyboard variations. For example:
español can match espanol
Straße can match Strasse
You can also add your own accepted answer variations when creating custom Trivia or Word Scramble content by separating them with |.
Examples:
Käse|Kaese
red|rojo
Pacific Ocean|Pacific
The
first answer remains the official/display answer, while the additional entries are accepted variations.
This means you can make games much friendlier for international rooms, alternate spellings, abbreviations and different ways players may type the same correct answer.
BETTER GAME ACCURACY
The matcher is also smarter about what counts as the same answer, so Pal-Play can recognize legitimate variations without simply treating unrelated words as correct.
ALL THE PAL-PLAY FEATURES ARE STILL HERE
